"Dear management at Marmara, I came today (Sunday) to order some meat and eggs from the deli department, I was treated so poorly by the staff. I was waiting with another few customers to be served and there was only one staff serving and the other 3 staff are standing and chatting, then the guy who was busy serving called for one of them to come and lend him a hand, I believe she didn't like it, as I can see the anger on her face, she looked at me and rudely asked me (what do you want) I told her 200 gm of sliced beef then she turned her back to me I thought she didn't hear me then I repeat 200 gm please, then she gets angry and said you don't need to repeat I heard you from the first time. I was shocked at how bad the customer service was. These staff should not be serving the customer if they have a bad attitude and poor customer service. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and educates the staff professionally about customer service. Kind regards,"

"A great selection of meat, rice, fruits and international foods. We always make the trip to Marmara for our monthly meat shop. Lamb curry, mince, steaks, various chicken; they have everything you need at a reasonable price. You will also find many middle Eastern foods here. Although, the customer service is average, and they need to do something about that smell."
