"I am not satisfied with inspection you did, if you just wanted to look at controller for error code only for $200 and not physically inspected the machine , why would you wasted an appointment and time ? You could have asked me over the phone, Secondly other guy repaired and got it operational in 1 appointment including parts and callout fee. Good luck with your business"
"The service was terrible and disappointing. Charging $250 and not giving customers enough patience. Within 10 minutes of starting the service, the staff constantly complain about how tight his time is, rush to leave before the problem is solved, and keep calling to ask for payment. Highly not recommended!!"
"would give zero stars if i could. have just placed a complaint with the ombudsman. Charged us nearly $500 for a new thermostat which didnt solve our problem. has ignored all our attempts to contact him and finally requested a refund. Still havent heard a word. would highly NOT recommend"
"Charged $260, but the same problem come back next day. Offer a replacement unit for nearly $3000, but I got it fixed for $300 with a Brivis authorised dealer. So don’t waste money with Service First as they don’t know what they are doing. Should be change name to Service Last!"
