"A regular customer for years and recently had birthday flowers delivered and was very disappointed as the order was not met. An order had been placed over the phone to match a beautiful online bouquet and to our surprise a very different bouquet was delivered. We contacted florist with flowers and apparently due to Mother’s Day they had a limited stock (understandable) and instead the bouquet was changed to a ‘florists pick’ but we were not directly informed. Very poor customer service as we spoke directly to the manager informing about our disappointing experience and all she could offer was a refund if the flowers were brought back, these were for a birthday so of course we couldn’t do that!!!"
