"Purchased a wedding ring, diamonds fell out within 18 months. Was abruptly told would have to pay to replace diamond as was outside 1 year warranty! Paid thousands didn’t expect such a poor quality product. Would have expected in the least for it to be inspected for either manufacturing fault or wear and tear - but nothing! Saleswoman extremely passive aggressive, disgraceful customer service. Poor quality product + rude sales staff = bad customer experience. Disgusted, pick up your game ZAMELS will never shop with you again after my experience. You're not interested in quality products or quality customer experience at all, selling products that aren't fit for purpose - wedding rings should last longer than 18 months."
