BIG W Winston Hills

"This Big W is located in the Winston Hills Shopping Mall. There's plenty of undercover parking. I often order online and pick the item up from the store. Usually many of my ordered items are not available at either the stores at Macquarie Centre and Top Ryde. However I usually have more luck at the Big W at Winston Hills."

"BigW is always quite competitive in pricing. I am also impressed by their customer service, particularly by one of the shopping assistants in Winston hills store who was extremely helpful. She tried to help me find a book but to no avail, so I decided to buy it online instead. However, I was stopping at a nearby cafe when the same shopping assistant ran after me, informing us that she had found the book I was looking for. Not only was she very friendly, she went the extra mile and decided to keep looking for the book after I had left and chased me down with the book. These kinds of customer experiences are what should definitely be applauded for."

"This is the closest big w to us, they offer a variety of household items that are reasonably priced. Unlike other major retailers this store is kept quiet tidy and organised making it much easier to find what you need. It can be difficult to find staff to assist you at times but there is generally always someone at the service counter you can ask. There is generally only 1 cash register open but more often than not its just self service and only when the line gets quiet long will they open a register. Overall it's a big store which I've found to generally have stock of the items your looking for."

"I made a quick visit here to buy a bag of Minties, not just any bag a 1kg bag. There are so many options here from Allen's to Trolli, Haribo, and others. The prices are really good too. Although it is in the middle of a shopping centre is is easy to get to and plenty of timed parking. I parked, walked up a ramp, and Big W was over my shoulder. I was in and out in no time."

"Terrible "customer service" by your "service" department! They need to be trained properly! Today was not my first experience with this. When we go there, my son says, "This is where the mean ladies work mum," and we encountered it again today. I will not shop here again!"
