"Unfortunately we were excessively overcharged on modifications completed on our van. They charged us $132 per hour and an excessive 22 hours of work for some minor modifications. Whilst the parts prices were fair, we were taken for a ride with the labour charges. We were told they won’t quote for works but are fair and reasonable. After paying the excessive bill I obtained a quote from the dealer for the same works and it’s fair to say we were ripped off. Very disappointing but it seems to be the current trend with many businesses at the moment. (Not to mention the damage done by their workers to our cupboard door where the BMPro is stored)."

"I stupidly managed to break some of the cables on my Jayco pop top. Being so close to Christmas and with a trip booked away I panicked that maybe we'd have to cancel. Endeavour Caravan Centre were recommended to me so I gave them a call and managed to book it in. Unfortunately they discovered some other issues during the repairs but they were still able to get it all fixed in time. When my wife took it there someone was straight out to help unhitch it off the car and then when picking it up didn't even need to ask for help putting it back on the car. If this is the stuff you see them do I have full confidence in the things I don't see them do. Its a bit over an hours drive for us to take it there but we think its 100% worth the travel. I highly recommend this business for any of your caravan repairs."
