"Came here twice within the last month and was welcomed both times by the staff. While looking at chains through the display case i was asked if i needed help once which was perfect. Once i decided which chain and pendent i wanted i was able to make jokes with the staff which kept a smile one everyones faces and welcomed me to make a purchase. At the counter the lovely women that I had gave me a further 10% off without even asking or reason which is what you should expect from a good jeweller who is meant to help you find the absolute best price. Just concerned about old reviews and hope that management has changed from a year ago and there was on older ethnic European women who probably needs to go."
"Disgusting display if customer service, a chain broken within 24 hours of purchase. The manager was terribly nasty and blamed me, refused a refund and left me with anxiety walking out of the store. Head office contacted. Never will be returning to the Watergardens store again."
"Returned my engagement ring that was not even 2 years old as the stones had come out. Apparently I opened and closed the claw. And then it was wear and tare. Sent it back to be repaired. Jeweller said $700 to be fixed and be ready in 5 to 7 weeks. I called after over 8 weeks later only to be told your ring is here and you may come pick it up. I go to pick it up and was told it is $770. The assistant manager who was serving us said the best she can do is come down to $735. We paid and left. Never to return or recommend them again!"
