"Person at yeh counter was extremely rude. Darted to bad mouth me right in front of me when I couldn’t respond to her ‘thank you’ after payment. When I asked her is she mad that a customer didn’t say anything back after her thank you, she said yes. I was shocked as I had traumatised day and that was the last thing I wanted to hear from a random hospitality worker. Food was extremely average. Whipped cream tasted like it’s rotten."

"Zero stars, terrible service. I came here for lunch for my birthday and placed an order. Everyone's food came at my table and mine didn't because they do not understand English and did not place my order. When I asked where my food was, they said they didn't place the order and I would need to go and pay before I get my food. Even though I was next to a wall behind the table while everyone else at my table was eating. The waitress still demanded that I go and pay now or the order wouldn't go through. I did not even recieve an apology. They spoilt my whole birthday. Never coming back here again!!!"

"I've always personally loved coffee clubs because of their great food and great coffee. Would definitely recommend coming here to catch up with friends, catch up during brunch or grab something to eat while you're in the mall. I personally love coming here for brunch on occasion."

"Wife and I ordered the "Famous Eggs Bene" via the smart phone (to try and keep up with the technology). After learning how to navigate through the app, placed our order and paid. Surprisingly, it was relatively easy, even for a non techy old fella like myself. One key feature I was interested in was the "special instructions" button. Too often I've requested my coffee to come with the meal when having breakfast and countless times, the restaurant has failed to follow instructions. The coffee club are the first however, to follow this instruction, so well done to you. The food came out in a timely manner (along with the coffees) and presented well. Unfortunately, the poached eggs were overcooked and the hollandaise was not light and creamy. This made the meal dry and difficult to consume. Other than this, the purpose of having breakfast with my lovely wife was achieved and satisfied."
