"I seriously don't know how this company is still operating! A nightmare from day dot. I am an owner occupier within a body corporate group and we regretfully recently used PSD Plumbing for some pipe repairs. The quote was initially included without a DBYD assessment and as a result they slashed through an electrical wire and then had the cheek to charge the repair and subsequent assessment after the fact. A joke is an understatement. As for the work, it was slow, intermittent, untidy, unsafe, unprofessional and to be frank unsatisfactory. I would avoid this company like the plague. Worst plumbers in Victoria!!!!"

"Avoid at all costs! Job was for a simple re-caulking of a first floor exterior window. At the time of making the booking, they were advised it was a first floor window. Twice they turned up underprepared despite having been briefed prior to taking the job. In the end, they made three attendances, each time charging for two hours labour. On the third attendance, it was a 10 minute job. Was charged in excess of $600. Raised this with them requesting a review of the invoice and was told, "I suggest next time you request a quote for such works." Don't cop it like we did. Look elsewhere!"
