"Needed to tow my car to QUICKOIL after having broken down the night before & was therefore the 1st time that I had engaged with this business. Fortunately this was the case as Steve & his team graciously considered the unique URGENCY of my situation and acted on this with some greater level of priority. This allowed my car to be repaired within the same afternoon and which included the ordering of the necessary part ( Ignition barrel for a Holden Berlina 2000 model / vintage ). I really appreciated what was in many ways a minor miracle to have this take place and perhaps there were some higher forces also involved with this ... Though in any case these guys played their substantial part in making this happen & getting the JOB DONE as outlined along the way ! Thanks again for some GENUINE & down to earth GOOD SERVICE which seems to be so much more rare in this day and age. Highly recommend that you ADD this Business to your contact list."

Sure enough, not only was there work not done by the previous company, the work done was of a very low standard.
