Capital Smart Rowville did the repairs on my car, I had to return them the car as they did a sloppy job in paint and now, they stuffed up boot's mechanism. I am highly disappointed in your services."

"It's a shame they weren't able to plan and manage the business properly. Usually you would call your customer and tell them when their vehicle would/will be ready, in the late afternoon or the next day but never do you call the customer and say come and get it now. Also when you advertise that your competitor panel shops take 10 or so days and we take 4 to 7 then deliver in that time frame not 12 working days later or 14 with 2 public holidays."

"Went in to get Rear Panel and Wheel fixed. Initial repair was good. I was transferred from one Capital Smart to another. Scratches left on doors, rear bumper was repainted poorly when it wasn't even apart of the damage, fuel door is poorly aligned, bodywork is poorly aligned, side skirt isn't installed properly, and they leave your interior full of dirt and dust. Tried to "rectify" the repair. Told I would have to send it to the further Capital Smart and it would take 3-5 days. All it needs is tape for the side skirt and to repair the scratches."
