"Our daughter has been attending daycare for about 6 months now, however has only just started here. This daycare has a lovely homely feel to it, and a much less stringent feeling than other daycares. We have also noticed in the small amount of time she has been here, how much happier she is, how more hands-on the educators are and how nice the overall environment is. I am so happy we found this centre and I'm very happy our daughter is attending here. The educators keep you very up-to-date with their progress and your child's day to day routine and they're all just genuinely kind. Couldn't recommend higher. I also like that the rooms don't have too many children in them."

"Last year, when my son was 21 months old, he attended this daycare for about two months. Unfortunately, his experience there was traumatic, which is why I am writing this review. Every time we passed the road where the daycare is, he was saying " No daycare! No daycare!" and since last year. We pass often because we live in the area still. Recently, my son has become verbal and said what happened there. He even remembers the name of his teacher. Although it's surprising that he can recall events from almost a year ago, it's also made me and my husband very very sad and upset to hear about his negative experience. Although children can make up things, I know that my son's experience was not good. He has since attended other daycares and has never expressed any fear or discomfort toward them. It's also important to note that the daycare he attended was not his first one. During my son's time at the daycare, I recall teachers discussing their private matters in front of parents, which was unprofessional. Additionally, when I expressed concern about a photo taken during my son's transition to the toddler's room to the room leader, the teacher did not offer any helpful advice or suggestions. Instead, she simply remarked that my son was an independent learner. While I understand that the director and other staff members were doing their best, it's important for them to maintain a high level of professionalism among their educators. For the reply from owner : It was only after we had left that I realized the extent of my son's trauma. In my cultural background, it is customary to avoid bringing up negative matters unless it is necessary. I did not wish to cause any trouble or disappoint anyone, but I couldn't help feeling sad and frustrated about the experience. Despite attempting to reach out to the director directly, I decided to leave a review here to share my experience with others. I did receive an email from the director in response, but unfortunately, she had not replied to my reply. I'm not sure It could have been handled promptly. It is extremely disappointing that no one showed empathy towards our situation, instead of saying "surprised' ' dissapointed' especially considering my child's experience. It seems as though the blame is being solely placed on me, the person who raised their voice because I didn't say it at the time."

"We love the Toybox and its environment. The teacher are very committed to the children's education, and they are also very affectionate. My daughter loves there. My family and I are so grateful to have found this place.I would highly recommend Toybox!"
