"I arranged to have a tailgate window hinge sent to Monbulk Smash Repairs. James quoted $110 to replace it. Dropped off the car in the morning, James called early afternoon to say it was ready and that it's only $55 as it took less time than first thought. That as honest and customer focused as you can get. Great job too. Pity Ford made dodgy tailgate windows, also quoting $750 for the same job. Shame on them. Special mention to Grant Walker Parts for delivering the part within hours of order being placed."
