"I took my car in for a quote. My car had been hit by someone when I was parked at Murrumbeena station. The police weren’t able to get a rego so it was going to be an out of pocket fix. My main concern was rust. I didn’t care for how it looked cosmetically. Frankie looked at my car and gave it a wipe with a liquid and most of the marks were wiped away. He reassured me that it wouldn’t rust and gave a really clear explanation of what the fix would include and the costs for if I decided to go ahead with it. Thank you Frankie for being so honest!
