"We had just purchased a work truck that was a bit battered from previous owner and took it to Ashmores to get dent removal on doors, chrome trims replaced, tray repainted etc. The job was complicated (something on nearly every panel), truck had a lot of tray accessories, and I was skeptical that they'd get it all done in one go. But was impressed when I picked it up just a week later and it looked like a brand new truck. Price was a bit higher than other quotes, but worth it because I didn't have to go back and get anything corrected. A+ for efficiency."
"I brought my car in for an assessment and they failed to send the report to my insurance company. When I called to chase up about it months later and they said it was an oversight (but did send it after my call). I tried to book in for the repairs after my claim was approved and was told I would be called a week later when they could make a time for me. I got a text three weeks later instead. They seem nice but I wasted 6 months already trying to get my repairs done here and I'm now taking my car elsewhere. Edit to add: I received a private number call in response to my review to try to get me to remove it."
