"Excellent customer service! If Rob and his team can do it they will have you covered. If not, Rob will personally know of someone local who can assist. I had a flat tyre nearby and was charged very reasonably for a tyre change and puncture to be fixed. I am not a current RACV member and this isn't an emergency service but Rob assisted me in a timely manner (next day) despite his very full books. I believe Rob truly cares for his customers and seems to have that old work ethic of getting things done right for the benefit of helping people out particularly in unexpected circumstances.
