"+in the year 2018/19 i took our car to this place/ i knew they were expensive BUT! / i did not know who to trust! in that area . the car need it a transfer case replacement/ BMW was asking $4500 dollars for a brand new transfer case plus labour . thinking that it was to much money for the job i went and asked JRG Automotive to help me out/ ha! the little I knew/ JRG Automotive staff was very friendly and nice and make us feel like we could trust them... after few weeks of waiting/ we finally got the car back/ it cost us AU $ 4000 dollars /but! they never replaced the transfer case/ they fixed??? we could not believe it... BMW was going to cost us $500 more and we were going to end up with a brand new one. Anyway after few weeks the problem came back / we took it back to JRG automotive for warranty/ they got their hands on it again / but the problem never was solved/ me decided to move on/ no point to argue/ we lost Au $4000 dollars , weeks of waiting time and xtress / in the end it was only one loser US !"
