My husband got me a big bunch of rainbow roses for Valentines and upon receiving them half hour later, I realised their edges are curled up and dry, one rose is completely dry and ALL petals have fallen off with foliage completely brown and dry too. Disgusting to charge someone $100+ for dead flowers! I will take this further, as no customer should be subject to such rip off!"
