When showed the two staff members, they became aggressive and both started shouting angrily causing a scene. Very hostile and terrible low quality. Disgusted and shocked, will never use again."

"I ordered a sympathy arrangement and picked it up this morning, the customer service was good no complaints there. Unfortunately when I got the arrangement home prior to delivery to a very dear friend of mine I noticed a few of the white Roses and other white flowers had some Browning on them and just didn't look fresh. This was very disappointing i expected them to be perfectly fresh and they should have been no excuses at all. Unfortunately I will not trust any future special arrangements with this local florist."
