"Had a pretty terrible experience with this company today first off took my 4x4 down for a wheel alignment picked it up and both wheels were rubbing against the inner guards which they hadn’t previously done the owner gave me advice that i needed adjustable upper control arms to fix the alignment issue which I bought from his recommended mechanic next door took them home fitted them and dropped the car back down I didn’t adjust the camber angle when I fitted them expecting tyres and more at emu plains to do it when he did the wheel alignment when I dropped the car down I checked out the control arms for any leaks and movement as I greased them when installed there was none then I get a phone call 4 hrs later telling me to come pick my car up that they wanted nothing to do with it so I did as requested upon arrival checked my car out and discovered that he had done a camber adjustment before doing a castor adjustment which had pinched the ball joint boot against the shock tower when questioned the owner said he does not do castor adjustment at this point we left no wheel alignment done and a damaged car when we called other 4x4 wheel alignment shops they all told me they did adjust castor angle ,when my 60 year old father went back in to question him about saying that he does not do the castor adjustment he leant over the counter repeatedly said what are you going to do about it in a very aggressive manor telling my father to get out .I didn’t expect the tactic of attempted intimidation and incitement by simply questioning what the man had used as an excuse for not doing as he said he would, a man who is supposedly a licensed qualified expert in his field as he stated. So all in all I’m $79 for the first wheel alignment $400 for the adjustable arms and $85 down for a new ball joint and still no closer to fixing the wheel alignment issue in fact I’m further away if anything. My advice for this company would be if you can’t do the job your charging people for than don’t take it on in the first place your just wasting peoples time and money. Further to this initial review I was contacted by the regional manager the very next day who was fantastic she genuinely apologized for the incident was very concerned she offered to reimburse me for the out of pocket cost which I have accepted I now believe this to be an isolated incident with a individual unfortunately connected to a very respectable company."
