"Lachlan and the team at Centrestone are incredibly helpful and such a great company to deal with. Firstly, the process to set up our insurance for 1 engagement ring and 2 wedding bands was very speedy and easy to do. They were all insured within 1 day!! Secondly, unfortunately we had to submit a claim for one of our rings that was damaged not far out from our wedding. The claim process was extremely easy to complete and within one day the Centrestone team had reached out to our jeweller to organise repairs to be done. Not only were we upset that our ring was damaged, but we were also nervous and worried we would not have it in time for the wedding. But, because of the quick and easy process through Centrestone with excellent customer service I’ll add, we had the ring repaired, in our hands and looking beautiful two weeks before the big day.
