"I had problems recently with a much loved Jensen amplified sub-woofer that became faulty. No-one (else) in the service business was very interested and they made it quite clear. I subsequently received an excellent referral from Audio-Trends who are retailers of quality and high-end audio. (They referred me to Unitech) I took my woes to Unitech and right from the start they really impressed, being very patient and engaging, even to the point of happily helping me carry the heavy Sub into the store. Marco the manager is a thoroughly decent and friendly chap. He went to considerable lengths in helping me get my obsolete Amp working again. Ultimately (after testing) the fault related to my external home theatre Amp. Upon collecting the now tested and working Sub, Marco insisted there was no charge whatsoever for the service and diagnosis. Such a refreshing experience and I appreciate most the time they spent to make sure my needs were addressed to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Unitech and Marco to anyone in need of their skills."
