"THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!! A horrible experience. This Peter had my car for 2 months without fixing it! I'd call him everyday and visit the shop every 2 or 3 days explaining that i had quit my job and moved out of my house because the car was meant to be ready like he originally and continually told me it would be (i was moving interstate). This man had the audacity to say it'd be ready the next day, for a month straight! i couldn't take the car elsewhere because he had initially pulled parts out. I ended up going to department of fair trading to have him finish the job, i gave him the letter stating he had 3 days to complete the job. He took two extra days past the deadline (5 more days). i had to rely on help from friends for accommodation while he continued to neglect the car and lie to me"
