"They push for unnecessary works. For example, got my brakepads replaced from them fairly recently and when I went to get my car checked for another issue they pushed for replacing my aging brakepads. Either they put in subpar brakepads that didn't last 5000 km before wearing out or they just want to exploit customer's lack of knowledge. Another new this time round was the high cost of repairs. The quote they gave me was double the quote another, much more reputable mechanic, gave me after I called them 2 minutes after getting their quote. Glad I called around to compare the quote they gave me. After two years of going there, I can safely say today was my last visit."
"I should have considered the bad reviews before going to this workshop. Had the worst experience. They charged me double for a second hand part. It went bad in a few days. When I went back to get it fixed, they took one hour and broke my car even more and offered to fix it with additional charges. Mechanics have no knowledge. Staff and owner are very rude. Never come here if you like your car."

"Dodgy retailer. Got a puncture in a fairly new tyre and they told me it couldn't be repaired so they made me purchase a new tyre. A few months later when I got a second puncture I had to take it to a different tyre shop as I was in the country. They told me the tyre had been repaired before and when I told them it was pretty new they showed me the previous repair and where the new puncture was. Luckily the other tyre shop were honest and fixed the problem and didn't rip me off like these guys did. STAY AWAY"
