"Had my BMW repaired, and I could not be happier with the whole experience start to end - courtesy, knowledge, attention, quality, cleanliness, price, the time it took. I'm a stickler for detail and quality workmanship, and boy did they deliver. I have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend them, nor to come back should I need to in the future. By the way I was paying out of pocket as the repair was minor and didn't make sense to involve my insurance, and contrary to some comments here I didn't experience any difference in the service or attention or quality of work. "Arrogance and Greed. They will ruin your car if it wasn't an insurance job as it gets allocated to the average in-house semi-retired worker. Had the worse experience repairing my car at this 'prestige' workshop. Came back with additional scratches and broken boot lock. They got aggressive and defensive in person and over email. These people don't know what being humble and good at your job is. Avoid at all cost as they are only interested in one thing...MAKING MONEY FROM INSURANCE COMPANIES."

"I was told that Charlie Battisti was the best, and that’s what I wanted, so I drove over for a quote. The reception I got was far from friendly or interested. This wasn’t to be an insurance job, I wanted to pay to have someone fix some scratches on my much loved Volkswagen. Noel wasn’t interested in my job. He was dismissive, and didn’t even want to come out and look at my car. He said it would cost a lot and ‘people don’t appreciate how much it will cost.’ I said I had a fair idea what it would cost. I knew it wouldn’t be cheap. I wanted a good job. That’s why I came. And there was no rush. I knew they’d be busy. Noel said he gets more money through insurance companies, and anyway he added, the insurance companies pay more to fix Mercedes, Porsche and BMW, than a Volkswagen like mine. If you’re female and like to be treated with courtesy and respect, avoid this business."
