"DO NOT GO HERE! If your looking for a mechanic with no time management, no communication skills and poor results for your vehicle. It is NOT in good hands. I waited OVER 5 MONTHS to get my car back! Throughout the back end of 2022 was nothing but me calling them and again with little to no info to provide in return. They over charged me. And to top it off, before jumping back into my long awaited car they mentioned they broke my air conditioning to which i am still waiting for parts (This has been currently an additional 6 weeks and counting since writing this!!) They didn't even say sorry.... I suggest you look else where for a reliable mechanic"
"Would not recommend. Have been using them to service my Van and they are very expensive, last service had them repair my boot door handle which cost over $500 only to get home and it broke immediately. When I called them to let them know they blamed me and said I was opening the boot wrong!!! Ive had vans all my life and never had a problem opening the back door."
"Messaged after hours on a Friday night with car troubles, these legends had it fixed by 8.15 Saturday morning. But we really just keep coming back for their usual friendly service at the pump."
"Not happy at all. My sister's husband left his car (2009 VW Golf) there after the motor failed. A few days later my sister went to get something out of the car only to find they'd left it out the back of the factories in an unsecured location. It had the door crowbarred open and the mirror was missing. Balnarring Motors owner was not concerned at all and said it was nothing to do with him, as they had their containers out there broken I as well. The next night the car was stripped of the front end, number plates, battery and radiator... all hacksawed off. We collected the remains of the car and took it home. Now the car is virtually worthless. They parked the car out there and had the keys. All the time it was assumed it was in a secured workshop. When I was winching the car onto my trailer, the owner was more interested in asking me about my trailer than explaining what had happened to the damaged car. I wouldn't let them check the oil on my car, let alone attempt to work on it. Dodgy looking outfit. Sad to have to give locals a bad review. Note that the photo next to the blue wagon is where they'd left the car. The other photos are after we got it home."
