On one occasion, when I damaged the bumper bar, i brought the car in for a quote. They fixed it on the spot, no charge! On another occasion, I was unable to collect the car after being serviced, because my bubba was sick & refusing to go in her pram - they drove the car home, no drama. "Fantastic service! After recently receiving awful customer care from Ultratune and experiencing a number of strange faults after servicing with them - Jason was honest, reliable, and understanding with all my concerns. After being quoted $700 for a new thermostat from Ultratune (heater was not working after their service) Midas Yarraville communicated a piece of paper had got stuck from inside the glove box / air vent areas. They removed this for me - free of charge, and I had my car back within the hour. I will be recommending Midas Yarraville to all my friends and family - especially women looking for a trustworthy mechanic they can rely on. Thank you again, will definitely be back!"
