"I was leaving work in Whittlesea on Tuesday at 3pm when my alternator light came on, I pulled over and noted my drive belt had snapped off. I called up Parker’s and spoke to the lovely Janelle who, after chatting with Mark, told me to bring my car straight to them. I left my car overnight. The part was ordered for Wednesday morning and they fit me in to their very busy schedule, with no prior appointment. My car was pickup ready by 2pm Wednesday. Can’t thank Mark and the team at Parker’s enough for their service and care in getting me back on the road in such a short time frame and for such a fair price!"

"Recently moving to Whittlesea from Bentleigh, I needed to find a new local mechanic. I asked my old mechanic and he recommended Mark Parker from Parkers Auto. I stopped by late on Saturday morning to introduce myself and book in my vehicle. Mark and Matt took the time to listen to an ongoing issue with inside tyre wear at the rear wheels and then researched the best way to rectify this (My car is a Japanese import and not sold domestically). I got a phone call from Matt first thing Monday with a resolution to my problem and if I'd like a courtesy car for the day when my car is being serviced. The problem was fixed with minimal fuss (new stiffer springs to reduce negative camber), the car was also serviced at the same time and the total cost was a lot less then I would have expected."
