"I've reviewed a good number of places, mostly cafés and bar restaurants. This is the easiest 5 stars I've ever given. I came into this store at a time where I wanted a certain camera, but didn't expect to find it. And then I found it. But that's not the reason for 5 stars. It's because I was served by a kind man who knows his store and knows how to give an old-fashioned, quality, unhurried customer experience. The kind we don't see enough now and the world needs more of. I must be jaded, because walking in I was sceptical of a second-hand shop's prices and secretly-not-so-good condition of items. I was wrong, and instead pleasantly surprised by transparency, great value and guaranteed warranty of products. Above all else, I appreciate the manner by which the whole transaction was done. I don't expect everyone will get a free camera bag alongside their purchase (a place can only have so many to give!), but I fully anticipate that any customer who walks into this store will feel the 29 years of customer experience in the owner's dealing of business. I expect I'll be back here sometime, whether or not I'm looking for something. Easiest. 5. Stars."

"Cash Traders Northside has to be the best pawn shop in Sydney. They are never looking to tip the scales in their favor that is beyond the reality of hocking 2nd hand stuff even if you have no real estimated value on your item the Owner always gives good honest appraisal. This shop is without a doubt the most ethical and professional one about."

"I purchased a 2 peice metabo combo kit. I checked the drill and the grinder they seemed fine. Got home and inspected more thoroughly the grinder is vibrating badly. I saw the nut holding the disk on was faulty and unbalanced. And then the trigger started playing up. There was a missing bolt on the drill grip(no way of holding it because the bolt is missing) I took it back and one of the employees understood the kit was not in good order He actually look amazed how bad it was and was about to refund my money then a another employee came over and denied a refund and I asked why and she said because I dont like your attitude, after attemped to belittle me and turn things around they would not give a refund I was very upset by the attitude and lack of respect by the other employee. I am never going back and I warn others that when things break within the 3 month warranty they will tell you nup sorry we dont want to refund your money. Total con. I will be taking this further to the head office."
