"The man with his head down wanted to complain about the unfriendly service at the coffee shop. The male staff members are always impolite, but their coffee is really good. The friendly female staff members always greet customers with a smile. I'm always satisfied with them, and when I want coffee, I think of their coffee. However, what bothers me is the male staff member's unfriendliness when taking orders. His unfriendliness makes me hesitate to visit the shop."

"A great little cafe. Good cofee and food. Can be a bit exe, and service is just a bit slow. Might not be able to hold a private conversation, as some tables are too close together. All these things are relatively minor tho. I will be back."

"Extremely rude staff including the owner, they have no idea about customer service what’s so ever, waited for over 20 mins for the coffees to arrive and when they finally arrived, they were incorrectly made and had no taste. I would stay away from this place as they are better cafes in the center to purchase from."

"Cafe Milligram is located next to Cotton Kids at the bottom of escalator. Service is friendly and efficient, particularly for a place that is quiet popular. Coffee is consistently good. They also have a tasty selection of treats and meals and options for kids. Seating is spacious and there are plenty of high chairs. The space is wheelchair and pram accessible. Public bathro nearby."
