"Zero Latency had plenty of latency when our group attended for a Birthday suprise for one of our family members. An hour and a half's worth of latency before we left with the promise of a full refund. Took us a 45 minute drive to get there and were told they were having some technical issues and they were a full group behind, it shouldn't be more than 40 minutes but here's an arcade card for 60 minutes we'll come and get you. So we played in the arcade and just before the game time was up we went to ask how much longer. There was now another group starting and we were told that they were the group before us getting in now. The problem with that was that these people weren't the same people we saw earlier that were the group before us. We were now told another 40 minutes. If we had been informed of that when we arrived we could have gone for a meal for the birthday instead we waited until it was too late for some of our party and they had to leave. The birthday girl was now understandably upset. We did get the refund with a promise they would look into it and get back to me. I'm still waiting and it's been 3 week's. Still with the plenty of latency."
"Besides the technical issues we had at the beginning, we had an awesome experience. It's a bit daunting having people able to watch your every move, but it's all part of the fun. We can't wait to go back and participate in another vr experience."
"Booked super last minute! And Jess was crazy accommodating for us! Super friendly and made the whole experience really fun! The game itself was awesome too couldn’t fault it at all! Definitely worth the money!"
"The overall VR experience was a lot of fun. The game, despite little amount of zombies, lagging during the game and inefficiency of weapons, was exciting for a first timer like me. I would like to play more VR games, but maybe go to their North Melbourne venue for the next time, where I heard it is more spacious. One complaint I had was being unattended for a long time. We were told to arrive half an hour before the game for the induction. However, there was no one there to greet us at the arrival time (we booked at 19.20, so the arrival time was 18.50) and we had to ask for help to be attended. Having said that, the game master was very friendly and helpful throughout the VR experiences. I wonder if the inefficiency of weapons was due to insufficient training on using them. The arrival time might be a miscommunication? I don't know. Still recommend this venue, if you're a first timer."
"Had a great experience- big Mike was the instructor. Great facility, awesome instructor. Note: communicate with your team - dress down (it gets hot!)"
