"Absolutely poor customer service! They appear to be contracted by LG to come and fix my dishwasher. I specifically gave a time to them as to when I'm able to be home and they were supposed to have contacted me a day or two before (as advised by LG). No contact was received, but at 9.25am that morning, I received a text message saying a technician will be around between 9-12pm that day. What in the world? What kind of disorganised operation is this? Surely if you're sending a text message at 9.25am, you'd at least adjust the message to say that someone will be there before 12pm or at least from 9.25am to 12pm. And where was my call? I've written to LG to cancel your contract because you clearly can't handle their customers. And since I wasn't able to be home between 9-12pm, although I'd already clearly told LG, I now have to wait another week. I think I'm going to go to the ACCC for a claim. Take note everyone, stay far, far, far away from this company."
