There is always great communication on the learning programs, routines, meals etc through the app. Management have recently stepped up with the extras like incursions, family days, and bringing the community together. "My son attended this day care for roughly 3.5 years, over this time the love, care and attention to details in his learning and development was expectational. The team took so much time to understand his challenges and strengths as well as any issues that arose such as toilet training, general accidents grazing his knees in the play area were always handled with the greatest level of sensitivity, professionalism and respectfully to my parental wishes and instructions. All the team worked so hard and as a result I saw my son gained momentous amount of confidence, understanding and beautiful friendships within the centre. I was so emotional to pull him out of the centre but as we moved to a different part of Melbourne I was unable to continue his preschool education here. I highly recommend this centre with the greatest confidence."

"Guardian Kew East is a wonderful childhood and early education centre populated by excellent staff, management, educators and kids. My son has been with Guardian since he was a 1 year old and he is now 4 and well into the kinder program and thriving. He is enrolled 3 days a week and genuinely looks forward to seeing his friends and educators every time. He is engaged, socialised, eats well and receives creative and interesting education and experiences. The team at Guardian put a lot of effort into the kids and take the time to understand individual needs. Special shout out to Amy and Lili for always taking time to work through challenges and to offer insight and praise with kindness and understanding. "My daughter has attended Guardian since November 2021 and has really thrived in the environment. She adores the educators and has learnt so much in her time there - she is always surprising us with what she has learnt. Most importantly though she feels safe and secure. I barely score a wave goodbye as she enters the centre too excited to see her educators and friends, and enjoy the wonderful activities planned for the day. The staff are all wonderful and communication with families is excellent. They have created a really fantastic community. I feel reassured that my son will also thrive when he starts at the centre later this year. It makes the mum-guilt of going to work so much easier knowing they will be loved and cared for.
