"I HIGHLY recommend Kool Kidz. My daughter has loved her time there and we are only leaving because we are moving across the city. Overall they have been attentive, thoughtful, caring and very responsive. My daughter started attending when she was 8 months old for one day a week and moved up to 4 days now that she’s 1.5. She started in the baby room Snuggle Pots with Crystal who is amazing. My daughter formed a connection with her and was always happily transferred into her arms when I dropped her off. She made it so easy to transition to Daycare. Even after moving out of the baby room, my daughter always runs to Crystal who embraces her with so much love. My daughter transitioned to the toddler room when she was around 15 months. There she formed a connection with Renee who is wonderful. Every day my daughter runs into the room excitedly directly to Renee for a big snuggle. Renee has been so sweet and loving with my daughter that she hardly wants to leave at the end of the day. I’ve walked in multiple times to Renee and my daughter cuddled into a chair reading a book with so much comfort. She feels safe and secure with Renee and makes me feel good about leaving her their care. Renee, Nada and the toddler room team have been so sweet and always have a report at the end of the day on how her day was. They post pictures of the day and report on sleep times and food. When leaving Kool Kidz, the team was so sad for my daughter to go. On her last day, they said farewell to her with some toddler hugs, a goodbye card signed by the toddlers and a binder with reports of her time at Kool Kidz. The administration staff has also been great, always doing their best to fit her in if there is an additional day needed. They have communicated clearly throughout her time at daycare and are so friendly. My daughter has loved her time at Kool Kidz and I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a caring and loving place for daycare. Thank you so much for everything, we will miss you!"

"We had our first child at Kool Kidz and based on his excellent experience we also put our second child into Kool Kidz Preston. They both had a fantastic time there and enjoyed close relationships with their educators. Both children had / have an amazing group of friends and my older son met his best friend there who he is still friends with 3 years later. Both loved the sports program and the music program which makes the day really exciting. I always felt that my child is truly cared for at Kool Kidz Preston and some of the educators are still asking me now about my school aged child who used to go there years ago. Turnover is also very low which provides continuity for the children and creates trust in the educators. I can highly recommend Kool Kidz Preston also for their flexibility in bookings for fixed days / casual days - as a family where both parents work some flexibility is priceless. Your kid will have a great time and you will enjoy the responsiveness and rigour of Kool Kidz Management (Catherine and Francesca are doing a fantastic job at running this centre).
