"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - RIPOFF Please avoid this place, I brought my car to fix the lights. Right after picking up the car, I realized that the left mirror indicator wasn't working, so I let the staff know about this issue and he told me that will let me know when the led indicator arrives so I can bring the car again. They never came back to me, never replied to my email, or called me back. A couple of weeks later I realized that the reverse light that was supposed to be fixed wasn't working either, same with one of the brake lights. So I took the car to the mechanic again. They took almost 2 weeks to fix it, and when I picked it up I realised what I consider an excessive charge on top of what I previously paid. First charge: $241.00 Second charge $1,165.00 TOTAL $1,406 for lighting repair! On top of that, I found some damage in the interior of the car!(please see attached photos) The main issues were: -No Pre quotation: There wasn’t a pre-quote, so I can authorize or not the work -Overcharge and excessive time at the mechanic: $1,165.00 on top of what I previously paid. One of the tail lights was already working, however, it was replaced. And it took almost 2 weeks to get fixed -Damage: I found some damage in my car I have contacted Sean and he didn't assume any responsibility and stopped replying my emails, the guy in the reception wouldn't tell me anything better than advising me to buy a Toyota instead. Disaster. I feel ripped off, please avoid this place."

"Called these guys and asked for a quote. Was told to email and I did so listing what parts needed replacing. No answer in 4 days. Rang and was told a virus wiped the email. Patrick said he would call back with quote. Nothing in a week. Rang again and spoke to Sean and he said Patrick will call. Never heard in 11 days. Pathetic stuff. If this is how they treat customers I would advise not to go there. Absolutely not happy. Pair of rogue fast talkers. Do not waste your money."
