"Part of my order was forgotten. My coffee arrived but (10 minutes later) I had to go to the counter and ask about my sticky date pudding. It had been forgotten. When it arrived I found it to be quite dry (stale?). The company’s response to my feedback was: “We have received your feedback. Someone from our guest relations team will be in contact shortly.” Nobody has contacted me (6 weeks later)"

"Where do I start. I was served by a man today who watched me look for the kids menu on the main A2 sized menu.. and I after I had said it “looks like they don’t have a kids menu” (in front of him, he never corrected me) I ordered an adult sized corn fritters for my son. When I sat down there was an a4 sized menu that did have a kids menu so I went back to change it to a kids size, and when I seen the look on this man’s face switch I even added “I’m happy to get a chips on the side to make up for the price difference” so he didn’t need to give me a refund. He summoned the chef to “sort this out” and he took his glasses off and started nodding his head in frustration and made a huge problem about how I had changed to a kids size. After they were muttering it seemed like he had said to the chef that I can’t have it for myself because she then looked at me and said “The problem is that we’ve got to make sure it’s for the child and not for you” I said said it pretty bluntly that “it’s for my kid” then she turned and told him “Well she’s saying it’s for her kid so we can’t say it’s for her when she’s got a kid with her”. At this point I was Gobsmacked, I felt accused of being a liar because I wanted a smaller meal for my child. I said “don’t worry about it” and walked away. The chef then returned and had gave me the kids size corn fritter and $1 change. But it really was too late as this should have been done in the first place. Never again!! Nice way to win your customers over!"

"Overpriced for poor quality food. 90+ dollar order to receive one of the meals to have what tasted like packet scrambled eggs and fake, not fresh, avocado. For a franchise that's known for their coffee and their different blends, it would be helpful if the person making it knew what they were doing. An extra hot flat white shouldn't be half froth OR cold. Wouldn't hurt for the staff to smile a little or say "Hi, what can I get for you?" Not "What do you want". Overall, disappointed."

"JB Morisset was well presented & clean & tidy. Quietish morning which was good as we had two babies in prams so we could sit towards the outer area of the cafe with more room - this can be difficult when busy. Service was great, ordering process easy. Coffees and food delivered to our table quickly. My latte was very smooth, oat milk was really nice & the coffee was hot. I hate bitter coffee and this was not like that at all. My eggs Benny unfortunately were a little average, either not a great choice of bread or it was a few days old, otherwise nice enough. My friends drinks were also good, one had a small cap with an extra shot & she said this was nice & strong how she likes it. We enjoyed our visit and will likely go back"

"Ordered 1 cappuccino and 1 iced coffee and 2 vanilla slices. The coffees came out but after several minutes I had to ask for the vanilla slices. When they came out they were not what I expected. They were multiple layers of pastry that needed a steak knife to cut through, with thin layers of vanilla custard. My step mother couldn't eat hers and complained. I had dismembered and eaten a small portion of mine and left the rest. We were given a refund on one portion."
