To make your experience with us as seamless as possible, we operate on an appointment-only basis for both appliance drop-off and pick-up. Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm. In the event that we are unable to answer your call, we kindly request that you leave a message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible during business hours. Please keep in mind that we operate on a part-time basis, and we appreciate your patience.

Here's how our repair process works: when you drop off your appliance at the appointed time, we will assess and diagnose the fault. Once we have determined the issue and associated cost, we will inform you of the details. If you agree to proceed with the repair, we will promptly fix your appliance. However, if you choose not to proceed, an assessment fee will apply.
