"Horrible experience. Was charged well over the agreed price, huge delays in getting my car back and when I got it back was in an unroadworthy condition despite being ‘completed’. I called numerous times requesting they rectify their work. They reluctantly agreed to to do so. When I got my car back for the second time (after again extensive delays) there were still issues with it. They were so hard to deal with I decided to cut my loses and not worry about going back a third time. Extremely disappointing."

"My car went in for repairs with them, after an accident in mid September of last year. Poor communications from the company, they would take weeks to answer you. My car went in there in a running condition, only needed accident repair. I got my yesterday (24/3), not running.(That's right they had my car for 6 months) NOT HAPPY!! Repairs to vehicle not completed properly. Mr Paul Ellingham, is know refusing respond to my messages & phone calls. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Paul didn't handle himself appropriately when they dropped off my car, he was yelling at my wife & I, because we wouldn't adhere to his instructions. We were also asking to why, my car wasn't repaired properly, not starting, why the spare tyre was on, but he refused to answer, all questions related to my car. I stated a time for my car to dropped off, the driver was late by over 30mins, when my car arrived, in a non-starting condition, we had to scramble to do the school pick-up, and made us late. He (Paul) stated that he would pay 6 (six) months, of registration, which he know is refusing."

"Scam. Avoid being ripped off! Simple roadworthy they told me I needed new brakes and brake pads. I took it to another mechanic and turns out the brakes and pads were new! Scammers trying to take advantage of a young uni student who wouldn’t have known better regarding the brakes. Flogs."

"Scam!! Scam!! They’re very dodgy. They store my car even it’s drivable. They let me pay $550 for storage my car and for the car they gave it me. I asked them at the beginning if there’s any cost, they said no cost at all. It’s all on the insurance company. The manager is so rude. He was screaming on the phone and his voice was so loud. I called him asking if I can take my car because I’m leaving Australia for good on 22 December 2022, and I need to sell my car. I need to get my car because some people are interested and want to inspect it. I asked him just to let people inspect the car and bring it back or I come to your shop and people can inspect my car. He refused and said if you want your car, you pay $550 and move on. It wasn’t fair at all to hold my car and store it if it’s drivable. They just kept it to let me pay for that."
