"Left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, first time in this cafe and I presented my phone to the gentleman with my entertainment membership and I hit redeem on the voucher in front of him. The man said, that’s already been redeem and I said I just hit that then in front of you with his reply, how do I know that ? Pretty poor customer service for the sake of 25% discount and a return customer. Besides that, the food was actually pretty good."

"We came to Sherwood for the first time today. So handy it’s at the end of our street too! Milkshakes were beautiful and hubby had the sourdough fruit toast and I had the bacon & egg roll, was beautiful! Will definitely be back. Service was wonderful too. So friendly!"
"My wife and I came back as we love our milkshakes but unfortunately no change from the previous one. No Malt, not cold enough or big enough for an XL. We like coming here as everything else is great. Get yourselves a stainless steel milkshake maker and put a dollop of ice cream in there and a good wallop of malt for the chocolate malt lovers! Is it that hard"
