Reviews of Refuge Cafe
"Worst coffee ever. I asked for soy lattee but they gave me normal lattee which was totally disgusting. I also had chicken schnitzel roll but the chicken was very dry and old. It should be crunchy but it was more soggy. I had stomach ache after i ate here. Never going to this place again."
"My family are loyal customers of the cafe and we love the staff and their friendly service. The seating area is nice and most of the time quiet. This is perfect if you want to catch up with friends or family. Their cakes, pastries and hot chocolate are our favourites. We really appreciate their customer service!"
"I went to Refuge cafe at Parramatta Westfield today, Saturday 15th April 2023 at 2pm. I ordered scones and chai latte. Scone had mold, I didn’t realise and ate half of it. Was going to eat second half when my eyes fell in mold. I immediately complained to the girl and she called her manager. Manager informed me that the girl is new and doesn’t know. My question is: I don’t work at restaurant but I still know what a mold is and it shouldn’t be consumed."
"Refuge cafe is located outside The Reject shop on level 2 of Westfield Parramaara. It features a wide window display or sandwiches, wraps, light meals and sweet treats. The dining area is cosy and semi-secluded. Sadly the avocado toast I ordered is probably the worst I've ever had. The avocado itself was cold and rather tasteless, even though the dish was well presented. I'd suggest trying out this cafe if you are after a light snack or just a coffee, but don't expect great things"
