He has been asked on a number of occasions to complete simple tasks, yet has failed to do so and continues to do what he wants instead. I am not sure if it is deliberate or just there is something wrong with his ability to follow instructions and do what is required to get the best outcome. He is quick to become aggressive and even resorts to underhanded tactics to achieve his own outcomes regardless of whats best for everyone.
