"Shocking customer service! Staff have zero autonomy to make any decisions, have to call area and state managers for approval and they don't answer their phones! This store now have 2 of our machines that have been sent off for testing, after numerous attempts to contact the store and Godfrey's customer service we are still waiting for answers and our refund! Happy to sell their products but when issues arise they are no where to be seen! AVOID!!!"
