"End of lease cleaning is a waste of time and money. Floor with stains from using a dirty mop, dirty toilet. I bought additional cleaning of the walls, on the day of the service I received a phone call that the walls are in such a bad condition that they will not be under warranty. The crew touched one wall and the rest not, maybe they thought I wouldn't see it. Bed luck, I've seen all the walls that haven't even been touched. Unfortunately for the cleaning crew, I had left a tape (after birthday party)on the wall, because I knew they would clean it while cleaning walls, to my big suprise tape was still there. I went to the store for white soap tissues and a miracle happened, because I washed all the walls. And if anyone still have concerns, we didn't pass the final inspection."

"The cleaner arrived on scheduled day and then asked to come come back to do the job the next day??? It was only a one bedroom apartment asked for hourly cleaning, “professional” carpet cleaning and an oven clean and was quoted $600. Had two other quotes for the same services around $450, so don’t use these guys. Over the phone booking made it sound like there would be multiple people cleaning and charge accordingly, the fact that only one person showed up on the scheduled day says otherwise. Cleaner arrived the next day with a helper (apparently a new staffer - I could hear the main cleaner raising his voice aggressively towards new starter) I was still able to pick up visible pet hair from the carpet with my bare hands, the rim of the toilet was still dirty. I’ve uploaded some photos via their own port which only allowed 3 photos. Carpet still has an odour and after vacuuming myself I was able to pick up so much dust and hair, I’m not even sure they vacuumed. I’m currently looking for quotes for carpet cleaning. Overall I’m disappointed, these services are anything but fantastic. I was hoping to move into my place after this clean, this has delayed everything. The cleaner asked for my personal number to reschedule I’m guessing to avoid any traceability via the company app, after the clean and my initial one star review cleaner then proceeded to text and call me - I had blocked the contact. Cleaner offered an “exit clean” as compensation at no extra cost? How much more could you charge for a one bedroom apartment? Even if what was done is considered an “exit clean” I’d be embarrassed to call these services “professional” or “fantastic”"

"Cleaning was deemed unsatisfactory by realestate at the end of lease clean. Called to give fantastic the chance to fix it but the end of lease report was done outside 72 hour window. Laundry was not cleaned properly, vacuuming in runners on sliding wardrobe floors not cleaned and oven not cleaned. Disappointing, would not recommend."

"DO NOT use this company I'm not one to leave a review, but I am disgusted at the service I got. My photos attached say it all. After many back and forth phone calls to try get a refund, they agreed my oven and stove could have been cleaned more but only gave me a $52 refund when I payed $420 The grime you see in the pictures can be picked off with my finger and they didn't even touch the heat draw. Absolutely disgusting"
