"Turned up to collect a parcel, staff insistent it's in one of the lockers outside and not behind the counter. Kept me standing in the rain while they confirmed it is not in any locker. Lo and behold, it's found behind the counter after I asked them if it was behind the counter in the first place. Called me to come and collect it, then loudly said to another customer they've already spent 15 minutes with me. Not my fault, open your eyes and look next time. I would have let this go were it not for that comment, which embarrassed me. Will redirect to another PO in future and won't be back for anything such as purchasing gifts or office supplies, as it may prove too difficult for the staff here."
