"i received a call from them about a month ago to join them, then I did. My previous provider uses financial year for resetting benefits, and NIB uses calendar year basis. I was not told of the impact, and it ends up I have no or little balance left after I switched over to NIB. If I still was with AHM, my balance would have been reset from 1st July. Guys from NIB told me that I can keep all those receipts I paid prior 01/01/2022, and make claim after the benefits reset on 01/01/2022. oh yes... sounds really great,,,, but I still have to make my payments for my monthly premium... they are so not professional. I have now switched my member back to AHM. Do not switched your policy to this guys."
