"Lacking respect for customers. Unnecessarily rude, and overly aggressive when I picked it up. I guess I could understand why. If I did not have the rest of the money to pay for the loan, I would have lost my valuable items. Nothing short of daylight robbery. So 1 star. I loaned 5 collectible coins worth at least 5 times the market value for the loan, as I thought they were new items and didn't want the hassle. Rent went up approximately double the last 2 months, so I delayed for 3 months. I was charged 200% and an additional ($120 for 16 days extra and an additional $60 extension fee). Total fees of $180 for 16 additional days. Would not have extended it if I was informed over the phone when I called to make an extension. Would have borrowed a bit extra cash from a friend to make up for the rest of the loan then pay them interest rather than extending the loan. Engaging in deception, definitely not upfront. 1- I could report this to ASIC for unfair business practices. In fact, I encourage everyone who finds this business operating unfairly, you could register a complaint to ASIC, a government body that is in charge of holding businesses accountable. The more complaints the more ASIC will take notices. In my case, I definitely feel unfair. Secondly, terrible customer service. But, I will not be using them again."
