If you encounter any drainage or waste collection issues, our dedicated team is here to assist you. You can report blocked or damaged drains, water runoff, or missed garbage, recycling, and garden organics collections. We value your feedback and strive to provide efficient solutions.

In line with our commitment to waste reduction and sustainability, we are introducing the new Food Organics and Garden Organics (FOGO) collection. Starting from October 2, 2023, your FOGO bin will be collected weekly, allowing us to transform your garden clippings and food scraps into compost. This initiative plays a significant role in reducing harmful greenhouse gases and promoting a greener future.
