"Super cosy shop with tasty, homemade meals. Can't wait to go back again."
"Veey good place for japanese food that can be considered hidden gem in Melbourne CBD. Close to Southern Cross station, and easy to spot on. I just come here once and definitely going back! First try japanese chicken katsu curry was not bad. Great taste, large portion, and the price is cheap reasonable! Extra thing is they use or at least combine rice with red rice which is healthier / leaner option. :) Gotta come again!"
"In Melbourne's heart, near the station so fine, A Japanese eatery that's sure to shine, The aroma wafts from the kitchen inside, Drawing in passersby, with hunger they can't hide. The menu boasts a curry that's worth the hype, The chicken Japanese curry that's just right, But alas, the amount of chicken's quite small, Leaves you wanting more, with no chicken call. But the price was reasonable for a lunchtime treat, Making it worth the trip, with no defeat. Seating is limited, so I sat out in the cold, But that didn't dampen the curry, bold and gold, It's clear why the place is busy, so popular and packed, The food is amazing, leaving no taste bud slack. I'll be back to try other menu delights, For this Japanese restaurant has set the bar right, With great food and reasonable price, It's a gem in the city, a must-visit, no compromise."
"Great place for authentic and simple Japanese food served quickly and with a smile. We ordered the Teriyaki Beef Bento ($17.80), Teriyaki Chicken Don ($13.80), and Curry Katsu Don ($13.80). Generous portion and served hot. The place is small and cosy, so prepare to share the table. Sadly they don't open on weekends."
"Nice little joint beside our hotel. Food is reasonable and delicious. Owner has a lot of pride in his food. Very personable service."
