For those in need of technical support, our local Eastern Regional Library offers one-on-one sessions with a Tech Support Officer. With flexible scheduling options, you can book a 45-minute session at your convenience.

Yarra Ranges is also actively participating in the iNaturalist challenge, competing with other Melbourne councils to contribute the most species during September. Join us in documenting and preserving the biodiversity of our region.

We understand that infrastructure and maintenance issues can arise, which is why we provide a platform to report blocked or damaged drains, water runoff, and other drainage concerns. Additionally, if you experience a missed garbage, recycling, or garden organics collection, we encourage you to report it, and we'll address the issue promptly.

In line with our commitment to sustainability, we're excited to introduce the Food Organics and Garden Organics (FOGO) collection. Starting from October 2, 2023, your FOGO bin will be collected weekly, allowing us to transform garden clippings and food scraps into compost, reducing harmful greenhouse gases.

As part of our ongoing initiatives, we're implementing bin delivery and lid changes between July and September, with FOGO collection commencing on October 2, 2023. These changes aim to streamline waste management and promote a greener future.

Stay tuned for the official opening of Mooroolbark's new Community Garden on September 2, as it takes shape and becomes a hub for residents to connect with nature and each other.

We value community input, and we're seeking feedback on how to repurpose the underutilized space at Belgrave Tennis Club for greater community use. Your ideas and suggestions are crucial in shaping the future of this space.

Similarly, we're looking for community input to develop a draft Masterplan for the Upwey town centre. Your feedback will help guide future improvements and ensure the town centre reflects the needs and desires of its residents.
