"Only advice for customers is to take pricing prior to engagement. We were told approx cost of $100-$200 but later invoiced for $1400aud for a $50aud item. We ended up paying for the costs as did not want to go through un-necessary stress. JOHN also swears on the phone if you start questioning him. So please readers, get a written quote coz this company very well knows about quarantine inspections costs as well as Gov charges associated to it.
